Warranty
Products that were not purchased directly from us, but through a dealer or partner, must be claimed directly with that contractual partner. Please review the applicable guarantee and warranty conditions and deadlines before warranty submission.
In all other respects, our general terms and conditions apply.
Despite the high quality standards of our products, occasionally a product may have a manufacturing defect. To simplify the process and improve service quality, claims should be submitted through our service tool. Once a warranty claim including the original invoice and pictures has been submitted, our team will review the case and provide a solution.
This complaint process only applies to products purchased directly from Yachtbeach. If the product was purchased through a dealer, distributor, or business partner, the complaint must be submitted to that seller.
To simplify processing and improve traceability, all complaints should be submitted through our service tool.
Please have your original invoice, pictures of the issue, and a short description of the defect ready before submitting your claim.
We are proud of the high quality standards of our products. Occasionally, a product may have a manufacturing defect. If a defect covered by this limited warranty is confirmed, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, store credit, or another reasonable remedy.
Warranty for private use
The warranty period begins on the date of sale, unless otherwise required by the manufacturer or applicable law.
- 12 months: Spinera Consumer products, Spinera Professional HD products, and Spinera Aquapark
Warranty for professional / commercial use
- Spinera Professional: 3 months
- Spinera Professional HD products and Spinera Aquapark: 12 months
Proof of purchase in the form of the original invoice is required. Warranty coverage may be denied if the product was modified, improperly assembled, misused, or stored incorrectly.
No warranty is granted on consumer products used for commercial purposes unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Excluded from this limited warranty are:
- Normal wear and tear
- Handles, zippers, straps, tabs, and other connecting parts
- Wear of neoprene covers / pads and towable handles
- Damage caused by improper handling, maintenance, packing, or storage
- Damage caused by sharp objects
- Damage caused by exceeding the recommended number of users
- Damage caused by external force such as sliders, kickers, bridges, or floating walkways
- Ruptures in the nylon cover of a tube caused by above-average strain or heavy use
- Ruptures in the material caused by overinflation
- Folding marks or cracks in EVA footpad caused by incorrect packing or storage that is too tight
- Air bubbles in EVA footpad caused by excessive heat
Improper storage may void warranty coverage. Towables should not be stored in direct sunlight when not in use. Products used in salt water should be rinsed with fresh water after each use to help prevent premature material wear.
During commercial use, small holes may need to be glued by the user. If required, glue may be provided free of charge.
For effective and fast complaint handling, please check:
- Date of purchase
- Whether the damage appears to result from normal wear, misuse, or external impact
- Whether the issue appears to be a material or manufacturing defect
Please contact us before sending damaged goods back. In many cases, the issue can be clarified with digital pictures and a short explanation.
We will decide whether the product needs to be returned for inspection. If a return is required, the package must be properly prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not accept freight collect shipments.
Please include a copy of the original invoice and a brief description of the issue. If the issue is confirmed as a material or manufacturing defect covered by this limited warranty, the product may be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
If you urgently need a replacement before the claim has been completed, you may place and pay for a new order. If the case is confirmed as a valid warranty claim, we may reimburse the applicable purchase price or provide another appropriate remedy.
