We want you to be completely satisfied with your Spinera purchase. If you need to return an item purchased through Spinera.us, please review our return policy below before submitting your request.
30-Day Return Policy
Products purchased directly from Spinera.us may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions listed below.
- Items must be unused, clean, and in like-new condition.
- All original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included.
- Returns must be approved by Spinera before being shipped back.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our side.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and product condition reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.
- Used products or products showing signs of wear
- Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories
- Clearance, closeout, or final sale items
- Items purchased from dealers, marketplaces, or third-party retailers
How to Start a Return
- Contact our customer service team at office.usa@spinera.com with your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos of the product condition.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if the item is eligible.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the product to the return address provided by our support team.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or adjustment of your refund.
Refund Processing
After your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
Dealer, Marketplace & Amazon Purchases
If your Spinera product was purchased from an authorized dealer, Amazon, Walmart, or another marketplace, please contact the original seller directly. Their return policy and process may differ from Spinera.us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at office.usa@spinera.com . Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product so our team can assist you quickly.
